CNC Cut Tabletop Flat Pack Arcade Machine Suit 60 in 1
New for Austin Amusements is our CNC Counter Top Arcade machine Flat Packs.

The machine will fit a 24in screen and is designed for a 60 in 1 or 412 in 1 vertical JAMMA game board. The machine does not come with electronics, these need to be purchased separately. The wood is not routed for t-moulding.
We can supply a tinted glass top, this is optional.
Pack one includes - Wood only. Not router for T-moulding
Pack two includes - Wood, not router for t-moulding. Tinted Glass top.

Our flat packs are professionally CNC (Kitchen grade MDF, not chip board like other sellers) cut right here in Australian. Designed to easily slot together for quick assemble. Please see our video of how the bartops are assembled. Our tabletop arcade machines go together in the same way.

Three ways to assemble these cabinets:
1) The cabinet comes with pre-cut locator tabs which slot in place and only requires glue and a large pair of clamps to hold the machine together tightly while the glue is drying (the pre-cut tabs are a tight fit and the cabinet stays together without glue but it would not be recommended to leave it this way).
If you don't have clamps, no problem.
2) You can also add glue, place all pieces together with glue in the slots. Add weight to the top piece of the cabinet and let the glue dry. Once the glue is dry, add small L type brackets. Screw the brackets in place for extra support and to firmly hold the panels together. Not every piece will require a bracket, maybe 3-4 on each side to hold the pieces tightly together.
3) The cabinet can also be screw together from the outside and you can counter sink the screws. Fill the screw holes with bog and sand flat. Decals can then be used to cover counter sunk screws. If you don't wish to apply decals and are happy with a white cabinet buy screws with white caps. Once the screws are in place put the cap on and you are done.
